Delegates

Every affiliated club appoints a delegate to attend the association meetings to represent their club and assist in directing the activities of the association to benefit their club, other clubs and their members. Delegates have a number of responsibilities and duties.

2025 Delegates Meeting dates

Delegates from affiliated clubs will meet five times in 2025.

With the exception of the April Delegates meeting all other meetings will be held on a Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm on the 1st floor of the Willetton Basketball Stadium, Burrendah Boulevard, Willetton on the scheduled dates listed below:

2025 Executive Committee Meeting Dates

The Association Executive Committee will meet 5 times in 2025 meeting at 6:00 pm on the 1st floor of the Willetton Basketball Stadium, Burrendah Boulevard, Willetton on the scheduled dates listed below:

Association’s AGM

This will be held on Wednesday Dec 03 at 6:00 pm in the function room of the Willetton Basketball Stadium, Burrendah Boulevard, Willetton followed by a delegates meeting. Finger food will be available, and the bar will be open for drinks at the attendee’s own cost.th

Detailed directions to the Willetton Basketball Stadium:

If travelling from northern suburbs on Kwinana Freeway:

Take Leach Highway off-ramp and turn left onto Leach Highway.
Turn right onto Karel Avenue
Turn left at the second set of traffic lights onto Burrendah Boulevard.
Continue along Burrendah Boulevard, cross the roundabout and the stadium is on your left. Parking is best in the Shopping Centre carpark on the right.

If travelling from southern suburbs on Kwinana freeway:

Take the South St off-ramp and turn right onto South Street
Turn left onto Karel Avenue
Turn right at the first traffic light onto Burrendah Boulevard
Continue along Burrendah Boulevard, cross the roundabout and the stadium is on your left. Parking is best in the Shopping Centre carpark on the right.

If travelling east or west along Leach Highway:

Turn left if coming from the east and right if from the West onto Karel Avenue
Turn left at the second set of traffic lights onto Burrendah Boulevard.
Continue along Burrendah Boulevard, cross the roundabout and the stadium is on your left. Parking is best in the Shopping Centre carpark on the right.
