An indicative rally schedule has been developed. This will be expanded as planning progresses and resources and facilities are developed.
Our schedule, especially for the Saturday is expected to be influenced by the planned FAM (Food, Art & Music) Festival that the Pingelly Shire is planning to celebrate on Saturday October 14.
The current plan as at March 28 is below. Be aware the plans may change. We are still 6 months away from the start.

Thursday October 12
- Arrival
- Vans of those attending the delegates meeting will arrive throughout the day and will be parked on the oval.
- The start arrival time has not yet been determined.
- There will be Traffic Management in place to provide a planned route through town to direct vans to the site and avoid any bottlenecks and traffic disruptions.
- Registration
- We will be registering those who arrive on this day to reduce the load on the Friday.
- Van Weights facility
- A van weighing service is to be available on this day. This is with a certified technician.
- Bookings will need to be made for a specific time and the service will be done before a participating van can move onto the oval. This will mean you have to plan your arrival to meet the time of your booking.
- The cost is expected to be $50 per van and a detailed report will be provided. Details are still to be finalized and will be advised once available.
- ACCWA Delegates Meeting
- ACCWA is inviting all club members to attend the delegates meeting to be held in the evening. This is your opportunity to discuss matters with the Executive.
- Those who wish to attend the extended delegates meeting will be able to park their vans on the oval, however it is expected that they attend the delegates meeting, not just an early park.
- ACCCWA will provide finger food for those who attend the delegates meeting.
- Meals and Drinks
- The bar in the PRACC will be open for the purchase of drinks. No drinks can be brought inside the PRACC as it is a licensed premise. The drink prices in the bar are very reasonable and there is a good selection of beers, wines and other stuff.
- There is also the possibility that the PRACC Bistro will be open for meals, however this is not yet confirmed.
Friday October 13
- Arrival
- Vans will be able to arrive throughout the day and will be parked on the oval.
- The start time has not been determined yet.
- There will be Traffic Management in place to provide a planned route through town to direct vans to the site and also prevent any bottlenecks and traffic disruptions.
- Registration
- Registration will be available following arrival.
- Come and enjoy a welcome coffee and catch up at the DROP-IN centre.
- Opening
- There will be a happy hour in the PRACC bar area from around 5pm with some light snacks, finger food also provided.
- The bar in the PRACC will be open for the purchase of drinks. No drinks can be brought inside the PRACC as it is a licensed premise. The drink prices in the bar are very reasonable and there is a good selection of beers, wines and other stuff.
- Some light entertainment is being considered for the evening.
- Van Weights facility

Saturday October 14
- FAM (Food, Art & Music) festival
- The Pingelly shire is still working through the details of this event.
- We will be working with them to ensure that we can all participate in this event as well as our own rally. This will have an effect on various activities on this day.
- Activities
- As we get confirmation from the Shire on the festival we will develop appropriate activities.
- Some games will likely be played.
- Evening
- There will be a happy hour at 5pm. Bring your own snacks.
- The bar in the PRACC will be open for the purchase of drinks. No drinks can be brought inside the PRACC as it is a licensed premise. The drink prices in the bar are very reasonable and there is a good selection of beers, wines and other stuff.
- Prepaid meals will be available from the Bistro for those who have pre-ordered. Details will be added to registration page once they are confirmed.
- The main entertainment will continue following dinner. It is planned to have a group playing music, singing and an opportunity for dancing.
Sunday October 15
- Activities
- A bring and buy session will be set up for the Sunday morning so if you have some excess items of value or are a crafter bring them along.
- We expect this will be the day when most games will be played.
- Evening
- This will be the closing night for the rally.
- Happy hour will be at 5pm. Bring your own snacks.
- The bar in the PRACC will be open for the purchase of drinks. No drinks can be brought inside the PRACC as it is a licensed premise. The drink prices in the bar are very reasonable and there is a good selection of beers, wines and other stuff.
- The rally raffle prize winners will be drawn.
- The closing ceremony will be held.
- Some light entertainment is being considered.
Monday October 16
- Time to go
- Vans will commence to leave throughout the morning with an expectation that the majority of vans will have left by midday.
- Clean Up
- Like all great events there is always the cleanup.
- Throughout the day the various facilities will be removed and the site restored to good condition.
- Any assistance that can be provided would be appreciated.
