Who are we?

ACCWA is the new name for the WA Association of Caravan Clubs Inc.

We represent 34 WA based Clubs who enjoy caravanning and outdoor travelling in groups, enjoying all the benefits that Club membership offers.

The association changed its name from The WA Association of Caravan Clubs Inc (WAACCI) in 2020.

One of our tasks is to receive and advise on membership of the various Clubs so feel free to contact our Secretary.

The association continues to represent Caravan, Motor Home and Recreational Vehicle Clubs in Western Australia and also operates under a registered business name of “Caravanswest.”

ACCWA is a member of the National Association of Caravan Clubs Ltd (NACC) which is the national organisation representing the individual state associations of caravan clubs on matters affecting all caravanners.

The aims of ACCWA are to:
“Foster and promote caravanning and encourage caravanners to appreciate and enjoy the beauty of the natural environment“

Adventure!

Being in the great outdoors and partaking in walks, sporting activities, immersing yourself in the local environment and always being in the company of Club members who enjoy the same experiences.

Fun Activities

In addition to the pleasure of using your recreational vehicle on a regular, often monthly, outing there is the opportunity to undertake any activity you wish either alone, in groups or the whole Club membership. Games, bike rides, walks, lunches, visits to special sites and buildings and just chatting with members and friends is so enjoyable.

Meeting likeminded people

You will find similar people join clubs or find what you all have in common to further enjoy your membership. Most clubs have a real variety of members who have a million stories to tell especially those related to caravan and camping experiences.

Newsletters
and
Magazines

Most Clubs write a monthly newsletter of their trips away, with photos of their exploits and activities. These are also provided to the Association Editor for inclusion in the Caravan and Camping magazine published three times per year.

There are many websites and businesses supporting the recreation vehicle industry and associated Clubs and activities. The information available is astounding to ACCWA identifies the sites and places who can assist in making our trips safer, more enjoyable and fulfilling and these are linked on this website for you to access.
